The 2007 Ferrari is unremarkable for all the right reasons - it’s red, just like a Ferrari should be. |

The Renault R27 looks good, with navy blue replacing the garish Mild Seven colours. |

BMW Sauber continue the theme of simple and, well, perhaps a little dull. Let’s hope on-track performance is a little more interesting and that Nick Heidfeld rediscovers the razor before the start of the season. |

McLaren actually left me speechless. Not at the car, which is similar enough to last year’s to make no difference, but at those godawful overalls. What were they thinking? |
The Champ Car World Series returns to Europe in 2007 with the addition of races at Assen, Holland, on 2nd September, and Zolder, Belgium, on 9th September.
“We are excited to bring the American equivalent of Formula 1 racing to Europe,” said event promoter Bart Rietbergen. “Champ Car provides close racing that is easy for European fans to understand, and they will be very impressed with the access that they will have in the Champ Car paddock.”
The addition of the two European races brings the total number of races on the CCWS calendar to 17.
With Nicolas Lapierre concentrating on his third season of GP2, Loic Duval is set to make his A1GP debut for Team France in New Zealand this weekend.
“I’m confident for the weekend ahead,” said Duval. “The car was good in Sentul with Nicolas finishing on the podium and I’m excited to go to New Zealand for the first time.”
It seems likely that Duval will drive for the rest of the 2006/07 A1 season.
