Nico Hülkenberg smashed Alexandre Prémat’s A1GP win tally today by taking both victories in Durban, South Africa. The German teenager, who is also leading the championship, won the sprint race from Loïc Duval (Team France) and Matt Halliday (Team New Zealand), before taking the feature race win from Robbie Kerr (Team Great Britain) and Halliday.
Team USA’s Jonathan Summerton escaped unhurt from a heavy impact with a concrete wall late in the race.
