Sebastien Bourdais took a controversial win in yesterday’s Champ Car race in Houston after cutting a chicane to overtake polesitter Will Power. Graham Rahal finished second, ahead of F1 refugee Robert Doornbos.
Mattias Ekstrom won the 2007 DTM season opener at Hockenheim yesterday, but the race was shortened after a massive accident involving Tom Kristensen, Alexandre Prémat, Adam Carroll and Susie Stoddart. Kristensen and Prémat were taken to hospital following the crash.
Romain Grosjean won the second round of the F3 Euroseries at Hockenheim yesterday, ahead of Yelmer Buurman and Sebastien Buemi. Buemi now leads the championship, ahead of Grosjean and Nico Hülkenberg.
