The ongoing dispute over the legality of Toro Rosso’s 2007 car has taken another turn, with team bosses Gerhard Berger and Franz Tost apparently suggesting that the blueprints obtained by Spyker and used in evidence in Spyker’s arbitration proceedings could have been tampered with.

Meanwhile, Spyker’s dispute with Super Aguri - the other team at the heart of the customer car row - continues over test driver Giedo van der Garde. van der Garde originally signed a contract with Super Aguri, before signing a second contract with Spyker.
