F1Fanatic links to a simulation of Robert Kubica’s huge Montreal crash, created by RTL. An interesting watch, although the crash isn’t any less wince-inducing as a simulation.

With Kubica’s crash, and Viso’s on Saturday, I’ve been amused/appalled by people criticising the cars involved, and stating that the car should have remained in one piece. Leaving aside actual good reasons why cars disintegrate in crashes; since both drivers survived with minor injuries, I’d say in each case the car did its job.
