FIA president Max Mosley has once again brought his unique sense of diplomacy to Sir Jackie Stewart’s call for a shake-up in the governance of the FIA.
“Dear old Jackie,” Mosley said, with a barely suppressed sneer. “He knows nothing about sports governance. Because he never stops talking, he doesn’t know much about anything, actually. He just talks.
This follows on from Mosley’s description of Stewart as a “certified half-wit” in September.
A1GP will switch to a new fuel in January, with the cars running on a 30% ‘biofuel’ mix. The new fuel, sourced from sugar beet, should reduce the CO2 emissions of each car by 21%.
