BCN Competicion have signed Italian driver Paolo Nocera for the 2008 GP2 season.

Tomas Enge may return for Team Czech Republic in the A1GP series next year. Enge returned to the A1 cockpit in Zhuhai, finishing fifth in the sprint race and eighth in the feature race.

‘Our results in Zhuhai were better than the car we had,’ Enge said. ‘Before the weekend I said I’ll be happy, and I mean really happy, for any top ten finish looking at the results we’ve had in the first three races. It went that much better, more than we expected. During the first race the car was very good.

‘The second race was just a question of surviving for us – we had a problem with the brakes.

‘I’m not sure yet whether I’ll be back. I have to think about it a little bit over Christmas and New Year. But there is a possibility, yes.’

The Czech team are now fourteenth in the championship standings.
