Max Mosley has won his action against the News of the World for invasion of privacy over his infamous ‘Spankgate’ orgy. The High Court in London awarded Mosley £60,000 in damages, rejecting his request for ‘exemplery’ damages.
The Telegraph, meanwhile, asks a rather interesting question about the whole affair - what, exactly, were Mosley’s ‘financial interests’ in ‘event shows’ organised by one of the prostitutes involved in the orgy.
