F3 Euroseries runner-up Edoardo Mortara won the qualifying race in Macau today, as polesitter Carlo van Dam went out of the race after a coming together with Renger van der Zande.
The eventful race saw ten retirees, including both ART drivers. James Jakes tangled with Brendon Hartley, while Jules Bianchi took out Max Chilton after a spin.
British F3 driver Steven Guerrero is in a coma following a road accident in Columbia on Thursday. He underwent surgery on Friday but the extent of his injuries is not yet known.
