Ferrari’s Felipe Massa took the victory in the European GP at Valencia today, but the win came in controversial circumstances after Massa was released from his pitstop into the path of Force India driver Adrian Sutil. The incident was investigated after the race and Massa was reprimanded, with Ferrari being fined 10,000 euros.

Ferrari scored a one-two in this morning’s free practice at the Hungaroring, with Felipe Massa easing out Kimi Raikkonen by less than four tenths of a second.
