Despite previously stating they would not be holding an official launch for their 2008 car, McLaren have now decided to hold a launch event at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart on 7th January.

Renault have been found guilty of being in possession of McLaren intellectual property at a hearing in Monaco today, however the team will not be penalised.

The FIA’s International Court of Appeal has rejected McLaren’s case over the fuel temperatures of the BMW and Williams cars in last month’s Brazilian Grand Prix.
